Eggleston Services is pleased to present the Annual Performance Quality Indicators (PQI’s) for. In an effort to always improve the quality of our operations, programs operated by Eggleston Services track quality outcomes related to Efficiency (Minimizing waste of effort, time or expense),
Effectiveness (the quality of being able to bring about a desired outcome or improvement) and
Satisfaction as related to Service provision). Each year, the Performance indicators are reviewed for relevance and shared with a variety of stakeholders including the Eggleston Services Board of Directors and in our annual
Report to the Community. Monthly summaries of the data are also available in the operations reports for each program.
