The Sarah Bonwell Hudgins Center in Hampton is a beautiful 40-acre campus owned by the Sarah Bonwell Hudgins Foundation and managed by Eggleston Services, Inc. The Foundation was chartered in 1967 as a tax-exempt not-for-profit corporation. It supports dynamic programs for people with mental and/or physical disabilities.
Through its partnership with Eggleston Services, The Sarah Bonwell Hudgins Foundation helps persons with disabilities by providing a place to work, a place to live in a safe, caring environment, and a place to learn to live independently. All of this is in one central location.
Eggleston Services operates a variety of programs on the campus in order to serve individuals with disabilities.
The programs at the campus include Eggleston Document Destruction, a full-service secure document destruction/shredding business, a business fulfillment center, and a ceramics manufacturing facility. Eggleston Services also operates a Life Enhancement Program at the Sarah Bonwell Hudgins Center, providing specialized services and activities, and residential care.
