Thursday 10/25 – Sunday 10/28 the Master Gardners of Norfolk and The Eggleston Garden Center staff held classes inside the Live360 Studio inside MacArthur Mall for Eggleston Residents and Day Program Members. This was in conjunction with the ongoing partnership with MacArthur Mall for the Fall Season that included classes for the public, fun photo events in center court and a Halloween Parade. The Garden Center has supported the events in the mall with decorations, plants and fall décor sales as well as fun games prizes. This past weekend our own Eggleston Residents and Associates from Norfolk, Chesapeake and Hampton programs came out to the mall to join in all the fun. They decorated pots and planted pansies in them, went to check out the display in center court and got some group photos, and even had time for a little shopping. The residents and associates were able to take their new potted flowers home with them to enjoy and remember the day.
