We are currently seeking applicants for a full time Customer Service Manager at our auto center in Norfolk.
Manager will supervise customer service representatives within a nonprofit auto donation program. Performs detailed accounting of auto inventory processes and auction sales. Works a flexible schedule to include some weekends. Develop and implement auction related activities, provide oversight for towing operation, monitor quality control, correspond with donors to obtain all required documentation, and complete billing for Intercompany Vehicle maintenance and repairs.
High School diploma or GED with experience providing Customer Service, preferably in the auto industry. Experience in basic accounting, cash handling, auto title experience, and Microsoft office. Must have the ability to be bonded and licensed. Must obtain DMV salesperson license within 90 days.
