Eggleston is accepting applications for a full time Director- Retail Operations.
The Director- Retail Operations will report to the President. The Director- Retail Operations will be responsible for the successful operation of Eggleston’s Retail Businesses, Landscaping, and the Eggleston Garden Center and will help develop and manage new lines of business to increase employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
Responsibilities will include business planning and budgeting, marketing and sales, community and public relations, oversight of purchasing and merchandizing, supervision of staff, effective collaboration with other Eggleston programs, and upkeep of equipment and property. A flexible schedule to include working on some evenings, holidays, and weekends, is required.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
Experience in retail and operations management (including, but not limited to horticulture, gardening, and landscaping) and supervisory experience is desired.
Must have experience with Microsoft Office applications, POS systems, CRM, and the knowledge and skills to complete office tasks on a computer.
Work will be performed in both an office environment and outside in a variety of weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.).
Pre-Employment drug testing and clearance through a criminal background investigation required. Must maintain and possess acceptable driving record, and a current DMV record must be submitted to be considered.
