In-Home Support

In-Home Support services are residential services that take place in an individual’s home, family home, or community setting and typically supplement the primary care provided by the family or another unpaid caregiver. Services are designed to ensure health, safety, and welfare of the individual.

Eggleston offers these services through Family and Individual Support Waiver and Community Living Waiver. In-home support activities are personalized for each individual and include training in engagement and interaction with functional skills, appropriate behavior related to an individual’s health and safety, personal care, activities of daily living and use of community resources. Staff can also provide assistance with medication management, monitoring the individual’s health, nutrition, and physical condition.
