Warrior Bridge

Warrior Bridge

The Hampton Roads community consists of the largest population of military personnel in the country. The Eggleston Warrior Bridge Program is dedicated to identifying and providing support to veterans with disabilities through job readiness, development and placement. Warrior Bridge provides support to disabled veterans through person-centered planning to empower, restore and improve their quality of life. The program provides assistance utilizing community assets through transition assistance, case management, coaching, and stabilization resources. Eggleston Warrior Bridge assists with employment by directly hiring veterans with disabilities along with collaborating with other non-profit organizations and private sector employers. A “bridge” to resources, support and sustainable employment.
