Congratulations to Dominique Pierce,

Eggleston’s Director of Residential Services, for being named an

Inside Business 2020 Top 40 Under 40 Winner!

Dominque is an invaluable member of our leadership team overseeing a staff of 70+ direct support professionals (DSP) to manage and run Eggleston’s six congregate living homes as well as our in-home support, and supportive living programs. Dominque started at Eggleston in 2015, as a part-time DSP in one of our residential homes, providing daily care to individuals with with intellectual disabilities.  In this role she quickly became a leader among her team improving processes and boosting moral and house function.  Her leadership and dedication didn’t go unnoticed and she was promoted to house manager after only 4 months.  As a house manager she was able to get even more involved with helping the residents get connected to events and programs in the community that interested them and would enhance their lives.   In March 2020, Dominique was promoted to Director of Residential Services where she has developed new training practices for current and new employees, as well as came up with ways to help residents stay connected to their friends and family during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Her passion and dedication to her team and those we serve is an inspiration.

In addition to her work with Eggleston, she is very active in her community volunteering for a number of local youth organizations including Princesses Who Turn Pages, a literacy group for elementary school age girls and YH Thomas and the city of Hampton assisting school age children with creating vision boards. Dominque also founded “Naturally You”, a program designed to teach 4-12 year old girls the importance of inner beauty.  As if that wasn’t enough Dominque is also co-owner of 360 Arts and Production which creates original content for TV, websites, and radio.

We are lucky to have Dominique and we congratulate her on her well-deserved recognition for her service, professionalism, and passion in all aspects of her life.
