Pam Frazer, Program Manager, Eggleston Peninsula Division recently attended the 2016 Autism conference in Charlottesville, VA and met Dr. Temple Grandin. Diagnosed with autism as a child, Dr. Grandin is a noted author, speaker and animal scientist who teaches at Colorado State University. Dr. Grandin was the focus of a semi-biographical HBO film, entitled Temple Grandin starring Claire Danes as Dr. Grandin. The movie was released in 2010, was nominated for 15 Emmys, and received five awards.
