Eggleston is currently seeking applicants for a part time Administrative Assistant for Corporate Administration in Norfolk. The Administrative Assistant must be available to work a flexible schedule Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
The Admin Assistant will manage office activities, process billing, provide customer service and perform administrative duties to support business, rehabilitation and operational functions throughout the organization.
Qualified applicants will have Associate’s degree and three years of general office experience, or any combination of equivalent education and experience, to include customer service duties, billing, and office management. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office software applications and typing required. Must be able to lift 20 pounds , and sit for extended periods of time. Able to communicate orally and in writing. Dexterity, vision, and hearing sufficient to operate computers and other equipment. Clearance through criminal background investigation, drug screening, and acceptable DMV record required.
