- Certified in CPR and First Aid to ensure the safety of all residents
- Completed a 32-hour Medication Management Certification
- Trained and certified in CHOI (behavior management) techniques
- Successfully passed a criminal background investigation and drug testing
- Skilled in supporting individuals with disabilities and promoting their independence
